For our Made to Measurement orders, a CFM(Custom Fit Manager)is already in touch with a TM(Tailor Manager) for the construction of your dress. We monitor progress along the way and at completion. Including photos, measurement confirmation, and color. Should there be questions your CFM will contact you. We take no responsibility for unreturned emails, phone calls, or failure of Couture Client to communicate effectively with our shared Glamour Goal .YOU TO SHINE!.

For RTW orders: Should there be a mistake with size, or something disatisfactory, please call or email us. We offer full exchange within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in the photographed,and proportionate condition we have on file for every dress.
